Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Feud ("Feud", "we", "us", or "our") and the website at feuds.ca and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account, entering or hosting a feud, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Skill-based games only

All games on Feud are skill-based. Every player starts with the same conditions, with no advantages based on purchases, stats, or prior activity. Feud is a skill-based competition platform, not a gambling company.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create or enter feuds. You are responsible for participating only where local laws permit skill-based competitions, and for complying with all applicable laws.

3. Win by best completion time

Each game is a race for the best valid completion time. Your best valid attempt is recorded to the leaderboard automatically. The player with the fastest valid completion time when the feud ends is declared the winner.

4. Feud duration

Feuds go live the moment they are created. Hosts choose the end date and time, which may be edited while the feud is active. A feud cannot run for more than 60 days from the date of creation.

5. Host responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for listing accurate item descriptions, photos, and condition details, and for making the prize available to the winner after the feud ends.

6. Winner determination

The winner is the player with the best valid completion time at the scheduled end of the feud. The winner's details are made available to the host through the Winners page upon feud conclusion, and the winner receives an email notification confirming their win.

7. Privacy Mode

Hosts may enable Privacy Mode on a feud. When enabled, the feud is not publicly visible on the Platform and can only be accessed through the direct link shared by the host. This allows hosts to restrict participation to their own community.

8. Editing and cloning feuds

Active feuds allow edits to the title, description, item specifics, images, videos, and end time. There is no upcoming or scheduled mode; all feuds go live immediately upon creation. Cloning creates a new feud with the same listing information — it does not restore or revert a previous feud.

9. Fair play and prohibited conduct

Attempts that rely on cheats, automation, bots, exploits, or any manipulation of results are invalid and may lead to disqualification. You may not interfere with the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

10. Prohibited items

Items listed on Feud must be legal and ethical. Hosts listing prohibited items — including but not limited to pornography, weapons, controlled substances, items related to human trafficking, organ trafficking, or any other illegal goods — will be permanently banned without appeal.

11. Account flags and bans

Hosts who violate platform rules will receive an account flag. Two flags result in a permanent ban. Feud reserves the right to remove any listing or account that violates these Terms at any time.

12. Cancellation

If a feud is cancelled before it ends or cannot be completed, it will be marked as cancelled and no prize is awarded for that feud.

13. Advertising

Feud generates revenue through advertisements displayed on the Platform.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or interactions between users.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Platform operation and contact

Feud is operated by Feud (Ontario, Canada). For questions about these Terms, contact us at lamine.diouf@feuds.ca.
